Army Continuum “Culture through History”

The Army Continuum “Culture through History” training product is a Cross Cultural Competency (3CT) training suite produced for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) that supports individual distance learners. It is also a facilitation tool for the three-hour “Culture through History” course administered to all newly-commissioned Army Officers during the Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC-B).

Working with regional and cultural SMEs to develop historically accurate scenarios, our team produced compelling content and accompanying interactive practical exercises to support and illustrate the importance of cultural competence. Deliverables for this product included Instructional Scenarios, interactive Practical Exercises, and training delivery through green screen coach training.

“Culture through History” was heralded by LTG Longo as the poster child for Army Learning Model 2015 and has received a prestigious Davy Award as well as two Telly Awards.
